Our Services

We provide Airbnb cleaning, apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, emergency and backup cleaning, home organization, house cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and office cleaning services. Descriptions of our services on this website are general. The exact scope of each cleaning is confirmed with you at your free walkthrough.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are free and done in person. Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to book a service. Your price is based on the size, condition, and needs of your space and is confirmed with you before any work begins. Extras such as cleaning inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, or grout scrubbing are quoted separately.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Please let us know ahead of time about pets, alarm systems, gate codes, parking, or any special access instructions.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, and cash. We do not accept checks. Payment details are confirmed at your walkthrough.

Use of This Website

The content on this website is for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with how it works.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Esther's House Cleaning Services offers text messaging to customers who opt in through the optional consent boxes on our estimate form. Non-marketing messages include estimate requests, walkthrough and appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer care. Marketing messages include special offers, seasonal cleaning promotions, and recurring cleaning plan updates. You will only receive the types of messages you agreed to.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us, or text "STOP" to (469) 287-9820. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your estimate requests, appointments, and the message types you agreed to. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Esther's House Cleaning Services is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
